Having Trouble Finding What Your Need?
The Product Request was designed specifically to help pharmacies quickly request products that are difficult or impossible to find through normal ordering channels. This feature was created based on direct feedback from pharmacies that needed a simple, organized way to ask for specific products without having to send emails back and forth or track requests manually.
Clear and Concise
This feature allows Pharmacies to clearly communicate exactly what they need in one structured form. When submitting a request, you will be asked to provide your contact name, email address, and phone number so our team can easily follow up with you. You will also enter the product name, the quantity needed, and the urgency of the request, along with any additional information that may help us locate or source the product. This also includes a NDC which identifies the manufacturer and dosage and other relevant details.
Centralized Request
By collecting all required information in one place, Product Request eliminates the need for separate emails, phone calls, or incomplete requests. Each submission is automatically organized and delivered to our administrative team, allowing them to review your request efficiently and respond with accurate information.
